Hemtech finds its roots in the Dutch trailer builder Jumbo Groenewegen and the Bosnian steel construction builder BME and steel trader Eurometali. Together they believed that the engineering of large steel constructions could improve by adding innovative engineering and production concepts.

We make steel come alive
Hemtech finds its roots in the Dutch trailer builder Jumbo Groenewegen and the Bosnian steel construction builder BME and steel trader Eurometali. Together they believed that the engineering of large steel constructions could improve by adding innovative engineering and production concepts.
Hemtech developed these concepts, such as modular engineering for mid-sized production, and offers their customers all services required for a cost-efficient product-to-market process. By doing this we also invest in our people and are adding value to the local community.
Working together
We further advance in modular engineering and efficient production methodologies by working together with local knowledge institutes, investments in the latest software platforms and people. One of our other focal points is supporting women to develop themselves in this male dominated industry.
We are based in the area of Tesanj, traditionally known for its industrial environment and its skilled steel workers. We are in the heartland of Europe with our roots in Western Europe management and ownership.
Our products
We produce complex constructions from steel. We do this on the specifications or ideas of our customers. We do not have our own products or market but we specialize in BPO (business process outsourcing) for our clients. From engineering to final product including purchasing of all required parts and on site installation.
Examples of the products we produce are amongst others:
- Trailers, semitrailers and drawbar trailers for several brand owners throughout Europe
- Telescopic vehicle loaders
- Small specialized transportation carts
- Specialized machines
Production capabilities
We have almost all production technologies available to produce complex steel constructions with a a lot of added value. We have large laser cutters and press brakes for steel plate work. Of course we have many different welding applications and steel conserving line. Not only to protect the steel against the environment but also to make your products look nice. Furthermore we have our own electrical – electronics workshop and hydraulic-pneumatics technicians to be able to make your steel product come alive.
And if we need very specific technologies, we are happy to work together with many local suppliers that support us in making your product.
Bosnian based certified steel construction company
We are a ISO 9001 and ISO 3834 certified steel construction company located in a low cost country under Western European management. Next to making your product according to your specifications, we can also offer you additional services such as engineering, project management, on site installation, purchasing, logistics and import and export services. Without a complete quality check, a product never leaves our factory.
